Jonathan Davidson is a Senior Public Policy Advisor at WilmerHale. A former senior U.S. government official and lawyer with extensive experience in national security, economic policy, and congressional affairs. He previously served as Chief of Staff at the Department of Homeland Security and Assistant Secretary for Legislative Affairs at the Treasury Department under President Biden. Davidson also spent more than two decades in senior congressional leadership roles, including as Chief of Staff to Senator Michael Bennet and Chief Counsel to Senator Mark Warner. His work has focused on cybersecurity, election security, economic resilience, and complex government oversight issues.
