Anthony Borda serves as External Affairs & Coalitions Associate, covering National Security, Defense, and First Responders. Born and raised in Northern New Jersey in the shadow of New York City, Anthony moved to Washington, D.C., in 2017 to attend American University, ultimately earning a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in terrorism and homeland security policy.
After completing a series of internships across both chambers of Congress and the White House, Anthony returned to Capitol Hill in 2022 to serve with the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Following Senator Rob Portman’s retirement, Anthony held positions at trade associations and nonprofits, including two years at the National Defense Industrial Association, where he managed a diverse portfolio of legislative and regulatory issues affecting national defense.
