| Today, The Alliance for Secure AI condemned the latest power grab from White House AI czar David Sacks and Big Tech through an executive order that threatens states with existing AI laws protecting their citizens. The order threatens to withhold BEAD funding from states with AI laws on the books and empowers an AI Litigation Task Force to challenge state AI laws in an unparalleled, malicious move driven by Silicon Valley’s interests and not by American values.
