About the Alliance
The Alliance for Secure AI is a bipartisan nonprofit at the forefront of the most consequential policy shift of our generation. We believe that the future of AI shouldn’t just be decided in Silicon Valley boardrooms or closed-door hearings—it must be shaped by the people who keep the country running. We bridge the gap between high-tech policy and the American workforce to ensure AI is a tool for empowerment, not displacement.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist should be comfortable making quick, accurate website updates and troubleshooting basic web issues independently. This person should know WordPress well enough to create and edit pages, update content, manage landing pages, troubleshoot formatting issues, and coordinate with the team only when something truly requires deeper technical support.
They should also be able to connect digital tools across platforms — for example, creating a form in HubSpot, embedding it on a WordPress page, testing the user experience, confirming submissions are captured correctly, and making sure the final product looks polished and works as intended.
This role requires someone who is resourceful, technically confident, and able to solve common digital problems quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute digital campaigns across email, web, paid ads, and social platforms
- Build, send, segment, and analyze email campaigns in HubSpot

- Troubleshoot basic website issues without creating unnecessary work for the Communications or Creative teams
- Coordinate with outside technical support only when an issue requires deeper development help
- Ensure website updates are accurate, on-brand, mobile-friendly, and completed quickly
