Jean Welch Hill is the Executive Director of the Washington Catholic Conference and represents the bishops of the Archdiocese of Seattle, the Diocese of Spokane, and the Diocese of Yakima on public policy matters. Jean has more than 25 years of experience in state and federal advocacy, including 11 years representing the Diocese of Salt Lake City. Jean received her J.D. from the University of Utah.
